Important Update on Timelines

We have an important update for you on the timelines. Hope everyone has received the submission guidelines and access to sample data. We are giving few more days for preparing your presentations, making use of the sample data, recording a video of your work and submitting it.

The revised submission timeline is 24 Feb 2019 04:00 pm IST. Do make the best use of this, as the timeline won't see further extensions.

From 24 Feb 2019 04:00 pm to 25 Feb 2019 10:00 am, we will identify 10 finalists. These finalists will present their work over WebEx to the entire Jury panel between 04:00 pm to 8:30 pm on 25 Feb. These teams would answer any questions the Jury has. Once all presentations are complete, the Jury will tally the scores and within a few minutes announce the 3 winning teams.

The work of each of the 3 winning teams will be presented at an event organised by 2030WRG in Mumbai on 26 Feb. The teams may be provided live over the web interaction slots with the audience to show their work and answer any questions the audiance has. The event on 26 Feb is already announced and we have a large number of confirmed attendees from various public and private sector companies. This is a good opportunity for winning teams to connect with prospective users of their work.

Also on 23 & 24 Feb, we are offering some in-person mentoring slots and a physical place for contestants who want to check-in and hack the night upto the final submission. Same dates we will also be opened for over the web one-on-one mentoring slots for majority of our participants who are not located in Mumbai.
